Well, dogs are too expensive to maintain!  They eat too much and they prefer expensive proteinous food!

for me,  MY dog was the best in the WORLD!

Her name was SNOOPY, born sometime in June 1992, same year with my youngest sister, but SNOOPY was older than my sister by a few months!

SNOOPY was a "pretty" dog because each time we took her strolling, 75% of the people we walked passed ALL booked for one of her puppies "whenever" she gave birth!

Unfortunately, (ha) her puppies were not as pretty as she was! and,  the first set, we over fed them with milk that they ALL develped warms. well, most of them died and 1 or 2 were given out! i remember that day, it was the morning of my common entrance exams  Grin

the next set, i can't remember, but i know we gave a lot out because we couldn't take good care of them. and,  people just wanted a dog!

the 3rd time,  SNOOPY refused to give birth! each time she was pregnant, she's "streatch" them away to miscarriage! at least, that's what i was told! lol.

I say she was the BEST because,  we brought her up in a rather em,  CRUEL way (not advicable AT ANY TIME), but it all paid off! apart from her being scared of us, she could hear little english like COME, GO, STOP, WAIT, GO OUTSIDE, SHAKE (to shaker her paw/hand) & COME AND EAT. i know these words are little, but so far, she was the only dog i knew or ever saw that understood that much english! lol

she was also a "neat" dog. she never stooled within the compound. every morning when we unlock the gates, she always follows whoever unlocks the gates so she could be let out to go ease herself and em,  shit! lol

she was very controlling, in the sense that,  i can place a plate of TEMPING food in front of her and ask her NOT TO EAT, and she wont! unlike other dogs that came into the house after her!

she died in 2004 during my IT in warri!

I miss my dog SNOOPY!  Cry
