How Do I Activate View Source On My Browser?

Hi All, I use Internet Explorer alongside Mozilla Firefox, and it happened that my customers mostly wants to view page sources. But when they do, It brings out a blank source for them.

please can someone please show me how, where or what to do to make it activated, so they don't get to complain anymore.
