Thanks Lucrabasi though I have heard them referred to as both when I lived in Nigeria. I don't think it is ridiculous for our climate. What is ridiculous s a three piece suit in 95% weather when there is no need for it. My dad worked in University of Benin and this is what he wore to work everyday including his colleagues. Most goverment workers wore this o LOL
