Why dont u try a comparism of a solo artist to a solo artist or another group to a fellow group artists Duh!

Tu Face is definitely better that styl-plus!
If Styl-plus was so good, why didn't BBC notice them and mention them as one of the bright up coming stars from Africa. After all sty-plus songs were making waves around that period. Styl plus, no doubt have a good voice but they don't have the personality / charisma needed for show biz. I remember a show they both perform in, i was so disappointed at Styl- plus, they were not comfortable on stage and they didn't even know how to carry the crowd along.But when Tu face came on stage, the crowd went wild.
Why do you think Tu face is so popular? It is because he is an excellent performer! Being an artist is not only about voice, other things are required. It's like modelling, you could be very pretty, have a unique face etc, but if you don't have the carriage your wasting your time.
Tu face is more popular than styl-plus because his much better than them! period.

Tu face and style plus ummh both are cool but i dont think they should be compared muscially one is solo and the other is a group. Styl plus- better voices tuface- far more handsome than anybody in styl plus and has more charisma, better performer, more interesting, more exciting If i had an option to watch both of them perform il go for tu face. maybe cuz of the hip hop mix. i guess it all depend on what kind of music you really dig |

We need to compare like for like (solo vs. solo and group vs. group)
In terms of popularity, i think Kennis music is doing more to publicise the 2face image than Stylplus's record label (whoever they are), that is why he seems to be more famous/rich/popular
As a nigerian i am extremely proud of both, they have their unique qualities

This is an unfair comparison in my book, i.e. 3:1, but for the sake of arguement, lets just say
Tuface has got his marketers and producers who are doin a good job of selling/promoting him to the rest of Africa and indeed to the word, and Styl-Plus are just 1 yr+ old in the market.
Tuface has the Raw-Talent, no doubt about that, but Styl-Plus have got that as well.
I don't want to undermine Tu-faces' ability as an artiste, but what sucks for me is when He cant carry a conversation in good English. The guy is deficient in that. Styl-plus are very good at expressing themselves in simple English, but for TuFace, I always have my heart in my mouth when he's being interviewed, i.e until he reverts to Pidgin with his usual line- "nottin dey happen"
Bottomline, I prefer Styl-plus
