That link is for firmware upgrade and mine is already up to date(V21.0.25). I accessed my Menu=Download=apps=entertainment=???no mobile tv.i've been to www.dailymobile.se where i saw its compatibility but there's no info on how to get the mobile tv thingy |

@ aieromon that was what i saw on that site,i have not really tested it on 5800,the only phone that i have tested it on is n73,n79,n85,6220 classic and i also just tested it on my a friends nokia E75 on the 13/06/2009 and it worked perfectly.

@aieromon is your phone branded? when did u update the firmware? check multimedia for mobile tv or tv mobile

Thanks for the contribution.i've done a little research and found out that Nokia is working on a firmware upgrade for the 5800xm that will take care of the mobile tv application.I'll just have to be patient.
V21.0.025 was released on 02-04-2009

latest news, i now have the nokia mobile dvb-h tv application for s60v3,if u need it tell me and i will send it to your email,the software has been tested on 5800,n78 and some other s60v3 but u need the su-33w tv receiver, if u want to buy that as well i will tell u how on your email.

@jerex55 did it install into your phone,tell me what happened when u installed it @honsule yes u can try it on your n95 please take note,if the apps works on your phone ,u will need the su-33w tv receiver to work with it

i just dey send the app and no body dey reply back,after installing the apps go to your application folder and click on it ,if it opens and searches for a device,that means its working but if it dosent open,then not yet working for your phone, AGAIN,U NEED THE NOKIA SU-33W TV RECEIVER FOR IT TO DISPLAY CHANNELS

@kentonira check your mail . have sent u vimio live tv, i will send mobitv 2morow,mind u there are different types. mtv mobile,telenor tv etc, there are hundreds of them,but mind u they are only very fast gprs,egprs,umts ,3g dependent ,u will neva enjoy dem like like the dvb-h service,check your mail again
