Freedom of speech does not give u the authority to infringe on anyone or slang people, especially when they dont find it funny. If you are as sensible as u claim to be, u would know that it is provocative, and would desist from it especially as u are even more of a jigglypuff in the first place!

From the submissions aforequoted it was deduced that:
1:- All comments/inferences on the subject matter was being directed to another entity different in all totality to you
2:- The citizen in question was exercising one of her fundamental human right which is the right to free speech with no deliberate/implied attempt to malign another fellow
3:- The citizen denied having any contact(friendly or otherwise) with you thereby making the two of you strangers to each other.

From the aforesaid, I draw the conclusion that this case is a pure case of misunderstanding between two citizens with equal right to freedom of speech.

citizen plat has clearly stated in her submissions that her remarks/inferences weren't meant for you and so shall it be.
You are hereby granted leave to defend your name and reputation when(and only when) you get a direct affront on your person.
