Diamond Bank Embarks On Nationwide Massive Recruitment?

Diamond Bank Plc has in the last two months embarked on a massive nationwide recruitment of fresh graduates.
The exercise which has so far taken place in three locations-Abuja, Lagos and Owerri brought into the Bank's fold well over 300 fresh graduates, the Bank said.

Disclosing this the Head Corporate Communications, Diamond Bank, Mr. Charles Udoh stated that the exercise was part of the Bank's strategy of deepening its talent pool and also contribute meaningfully in the reduction of unemployment level in the country.

Yes we conducted aptitude tests for the short listed candidates in three locations_ Abuja, Lagos and Owerri after which over 300 were successful. By doing this, we simply want to add value to the quality of their life and make their career dreams a reality. Equally, this forms part of our intervention mechanism in reducing the frightening rate of unemployment among the youths in the country.

And as service provider, we can only fulfill our business strategic initiatives with a highly skilled and dedicated manpower that is willing to go the extra mile in providing quality service to our customers," he stated.

When asked if the recruitment is continuing, Udoh assured that the Bank will continue to contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of the Nigeria's economy via such schemes.
