dan iska or dan banza are used interchangeably to mean bastard. even a small boy that speaks Hausa knows that.
 however, friends use it informally to tease one another. i guess it depends on how serious or playfully a person says it.

messiah ; The 3 words are used interchangeably as you observed  ,  Shege means bastard ; Dan Iska  means hooligan while Dan banza   means- worthless child.

I know mpio/mpie is not window nah but i don't know what is window in igbo but deffinitely not mpio.

Let's make up a new Igbo word for Highway. I suggest Uzorukwu or Uzukwu. I didn't even notice that it could translate directly to 'highway' in English.

Then our High ways can have names like U15 or something, or maybe when we create an alphabet or our own symbols we can have Ω15  Grin, Actually that sign looks like a manilla, so it could be used as a currency symbol!
