I heard from a reliable sources that Post-UME will hold for the 2009/2010 session. However, I'll urge all prospective students to study their books. I will do my best to update you guys on the latest development concerning the institution. You can call for inquires but no mid-night calls.

Hi people, Imo State University have just kick off the sales of post Jamb UME forms rather scratch card for the 2009/2010 academic session. However the cut-off mark is based on departments, I'll do my best to paste all departments cut-off later today. Finally the closing date is 6 july, 2009 and the designated banks are. Diamond Bank Plc. First Bank Plc. First Inland Bank Plc. Guarantee Trust Bank Plc. Intercontinental Bank Plc. UBA Plc. Union Bank Plc. Zenith Bank Plc. The early the better to avoid error. I'll also post the amount after confirmation.

Following constant complaints from prospective students and negotiations, the university management have reduced the cut-off mark to 180 and 200 for some courses like law, medicine and engineering. As time goes on I'll list out all the departments that require 180 or 200.

Martins, do you still think Post UME of Imsu would hold on Thursday? I also registered for Direct entry through Jamb, Do you know if IMSU is selling another application form for it? I did not see any on their website.

You're welcome, anyways since your sister scored 200 she is eligible to purchase the post UME. However, as for special preference or preferential treatment i strongly believe that if she perform very well her potential of gaining admission will be high considering the fact that she is from the state.
