she didn't remove her ribs to make her waist that small.she just wore really tight corsets all her life and that's the result.basically her ribs have gotten squarshed to the middle of her stomach by the corsets.

I doubt that any rational surgeon would perform a 'rib removal' surgery (Although there have been a few quacks, and physicians without conscience). The fact that ribs protect the human heart and the lungs from any external impact, is enough for any doctor to run the other way, if she went to his office to request such a surgery.
Probably caused by the corsets she wears.
