Well, you didn't look malnourished for someone who hates beans. I guess you can move on to other sorts of food to get your protein from i.e soyabean milk, eggs meat.

I used to hate beans too. i guess that is because i was surrounded by lots of it as a kid, my dad had a beans farm then. i have started learning to eat it not thou. cooking it with lots of dried fish( if u eat fish) or/and beef. that is how i eat mine now. You can only cook it plain, then fried stew with crayfish, shrimp, e.t.c. I prefer my beans with enough cook Palm oil. Hope you will get over your hatred for beans because its a highly nutritious food. CHEERS!

Avoid eatitg it raw (Beans)
try eating it with something like "Akamu" bread rice or even plantain.
and i can assure you that you won't have any hatred for beans any more.

Continue to eat it (beans) until u like it. i used to hate rice till I found myself in a place where I had to eat rice morning, noon, day and night for two months. Now I don't say I hate rice though I have not eaten it for a week.

Well i looove beans (maybe because i'm a twin or somn like that). I used to ashamed to eat it in public (because other kids would be like eew) but now, i eat it anywhere.

right on gurl, ewa agoin is all that and a pcket of chips, i can't wait to return to school where i can get the best of it.

yes o, at lag campus (not hostel o!) sec schools beans are so dry and yucky, still ate them anyway.
