I Want A Career In Stockbroking

i forum members I'm a graduate that finished youth service 2005 sept/ i want to develope my career in finance especially in stockbroking but ive not been able to get a place to start from.plrase can anybody help or give me hint on how i can get employment in this sector.thanks
