How Do We Overcome Loneliness?

I have read all comments because i am experiencing such now. For me, i try to create time for those friends that i have negelected during the period my guy was around. I try to keep my self busy, i go to work on weekdays, visit friends and read novels, on weekends, if i don't feel like going out, i watch movies.

If all of this fails, i call him and we talk for some time, by the time i finish talking, i believe the loneliness will have abated for that day.

You can socialise, go for swimming, join good clubs and no illegal forlicking so that it doesn't backfire on you later, the world is a small place, you don't know tomorrow, try and hold yourself until she comes back.

Because a bond created by being in love is unique and a test of one's abilities to be truthful in little things. Because this is a time that nature queries and test the strength of one's character. Because a man is only as good as his word. Exercise the audacity of love, of your word (which you gave her during the last minutes of her departure) being as good as whom you are. And see this as a challenge which you must conquer. And do it by whatever means works for you. But do it if you're strong enough as I think you may be. The feeling of conquering of sexual and emotional temptation is an overwhelming one, that is if you succeed.

If you fail however, you have only yourself and conscience to deal with, as she may never find out anyway. One downside about dealing with one's conscience is, it never lets you forget.
