one thing I dont understand is this. Even when naija artist pay big time kishi to sing with their American counterparts, these stars dont even talk about it. Not personally or on their websites. As if they dont need the publicity.

may be because they never did/collabo or they never did the proper way. cos i often wonder why one will pay an int'l artist to feature on his track and that artist wont give props/mention the naija artist's name just for us to know it's real? i think a lot of this dudes are just sampling voices and beats, big example freestyle's everybody else ft. t-pain, i know a couple of people with the same chorus and beat, what's going on? |

So far all this cats that be claiming they done a collab or 2 with top Intl acts are a sham, The only true collab I can certify in present times are:
1. Wyclef ft Sound Sultan,Faze,2face
2. Sound Sultan ft Wyclef "King in my country"
All others are a sham, plus they never doled out any cash. Cos dudes aint stupid. They just taking us (listeners) for a joy ride,like our leaders do in Naija. This BS must cease.

The song Shank/akon is really nice. But what i wonder is why don't the int'l artist at least mention his name? i won't be suprise to hear someone else use the same hook. I featured an underground south-side rapper (J-Gutta) on my track "nothin' do you" and he started his verse with nothin do you, that way u know it's for real,
