Another thing is that you must stop ,the eating of fast foods ,there are simply fast roads to death. Next, you stop the eating of saturated fats like , garri, fufu, amala ,all types of red meat. And eat rice , beans, fish ,chicken, snails ,rabbit, potatoe , black platain' unripe' seafoods, Again drink at least 4 litres of water daily , including fruits and green vegetables. You must take 2 cloves of garlic daily by simply cutting it into pieces and you swallow with water every night. You will be ok. . healingmiraclefoods@gmail.com

Breast Lump Definition
A breast lump is a growth of tissue that develops within your breast. A breast lump is often interchangeably described as a mass, swelling, thickness or fullness.
A breast lump can feel distinct and have definite borders, or it could feel more like a general area of thickened tissue in your breast. You may notice other breast changes accompanying a breast lump, such as skin redness, distension, dimpling or pitting; breast asymmetry; breast pain; nipple inversion; or unusual nipple discharge.
Sometimes, a breast lump is a sign of breast cancer. That's why your doctor should promptly evaluate any breast lump you find. Fortunately, most breast lumps result from noncancerous (benign) conditions.
When to see a doctor
Make an appointment with your doctor for breast lump evaluation without delay if:
* The breast lump is new or unusual and feels different from surrounding tissue in that breast or tissue in your other breast. * The breast lump doesn't go away after your next menstrual period. * You notice the breast lump has changed — getting bigger, firmer or more defined from the surrounding breast tissue. * You have bloody, possibly spontaneous, discharge from your nipple. * You notice skin changes on your breast, such as redness, crusting, dimpling or puckering. * Your nipple is turned inward (inverted), although it isn't normally positioned that way.
Nipple discharge
Definition
Nipple discharge refers to any fluid that seeps out of the nipple in a nonlactating woman. Nonmilk discharge comes out of your breasts through the same nipple openings that carry milk.
One or both breasts may produce a nipple discharge, either spontaneously or when you squeeze your nipples or breasts. A nipple discharge may look milky, or it may be yellow, green, brown or bloody. The consistency of nipple discharge varies from thick and sticky to thin and watery.
Nipple discharge is a symptom that largely affects women. However, nipple discharge in a man under any circumstances is problematic and should be investigated.
Causes
Sometimes, nipple discharge is just a normal (physiological) part of your breast's function. If that's the case, the discharge might resolve on its own.
Most often, nipple discharge stems from a noncancerous (benign) condition. However, breast cancer is a possibility, especially if:
* You are over age 40 * You have a lump in your breast * The discharge contains blood * Only one breast is affected
Possible causes of nipple discharge include:
* Abscess * Breast cancer * Breast infection * Excessive breast stimulation * Fibroadenoma * Fibrocystic breasts * Ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) * Galactorrhea * Hormone imbalance * Injury or trauma to the breast * Intraductal papilloma * Mammary duct ectasia * Medication use * Paget's disease of the breast * Pregnancy * Prolactinoma
When to see a doctor
Rarely is nipple discharge a sign of breast cancer. But it might be a sign of an underlying condition that requires treatment. If you're still having periods and your nipple discharge doesn't resolve on its own after your next menstrual cycle, or if it's particularly bothersome, make an appointment with your doctor to have it evaluated. If you're postmenopausal and experience nipple discharge at any time, see your doctor right away.
In the meantime, take care to avoid nipple stimulation — including frequent checks for discharge — because stimulation actually makes the discharge persist.

Definitely need to see a doctor quickly. This can be something serious, and you should not delay seeking medical advice. First of all you may get examined by an experienced doctor and then will need a scan as well as mammogram. Depends on your age, doctors will decide what to do next. Please see a doctor quickly.

I hope the reason you gave this information is because you "just dont know". how can you be sure WITHOUT EXAMINING HER That this patient would NOT need surgery? IF it is in fact cancer, then you first have to evaluate its size and if it has spread to any other part of her body. only then can you assess if she might need surgery or not. sometimes a MASTECTOMY or LUMPECTOMY (along with chemo) is inevitable. only a doctor can determine what kind of treatment is more appropriate for the patient based on how far the cancer has spread and what kind of cancer it is. a patient needs to know all the avenues possible that are best to treat what they have and if that hospital doesnt have them all then i wouldnt recommend it. every cancer is different, therefore not all are treated the same way. you can have: -SURGERY -CHEMOTHERAPY -RADIATION THERAPY -HORMONAL THERAPY -TARGETED THERAPY
