Little Problem On Alertpay

Good day here, i am about to opening an account with Alertpay but i really don't have Credit or Debit card to added on it (i don't want to apply for one),Actually i have all the document requires by Alertpay but the main problem is it possible to get the Alertpay (be it either Personal or Personal Pro account) verified without adding Credit or Debit card to it.
