I only get the 3G whenever I'm in Ibadan or Lagos, can i subscribe the MTN data plan still?? And If yes, Can i just do it with the normal PC suite connection thing?

I browsed for upto 4 hrs without it doing d usual 1hr disconnection.
I was amazed cus it had nvr happen b4.
