Truthfully, i don't think there is any hope for a 3rd class holder, Except if d person backs it up wit a professional certificate, maybe ICAN, ACCA, ORACLE PROGRAMMER, DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR, etc,

beloved it takes grace.most especially in this our nation.even a first class holder has not gotten one.all the same,if your faith can carry it,God will put it in your hand but honestly speaking,i will advice you to go start a proffessional exam.all the best
