Job Description: As an ASP.NET Developer you will responsible for the architecture, programming, and implementation of technology solutions. We are looking for individual(s) who possess a passion for programming, a solid understanding of design, and a desire to join team which is dedicated, driven, and talented. Candidates should be very proficient/have solid knowledge and experience in XHTML, Tableless CSS and JavaScript/JSON/AJAX/jQuery and have experience working on a XML/ASP.NET framework. Key Requirements: • Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience • Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET (2.0 and 3.5) , C#/VB.NET/JSCRIPT • Solid OO design/architecture skills • Knowledge of AJAX, XML, and Web Services • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills • Must have INTERNET ACCESS AND A COMPUTER OF HIS/HE OWN• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment • Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team • Ability to dedicate at least 5 hours a week to this team • Must be willing to do the work and research required in order to complete assigned tasks • Must be able to properly document work. (If all you do is copy and paste, this might not be a good one for you). • Must be able to work in a team environment. Communication is key! Compensation: NO PAY for now. Will however be able to share in profit should you contribute your share of work towards the success of the enterprise. This is an opportunity to be a part of a start-up. There are thousands of open source projects out there today. Some of which you may have benefitted from in one way or another. Developing an application, any application should not really be first about the pay but about the potential benefit one hopes to gain from it in the future. Sure, no pay now sounds like a bad idea but you have to remember that some of the best products out there started out in much the same way but those who worked on the products back then are proud today of the commitment they made.
