Many men these days suffer from low sperm count. Many men are now childless rather than the women . Well, I have some free info for you. It has been reported that roasted plantain commonly referred to as boli greatly boost sperm count. The report says that it is the unripe one that is best but others say that even the ripe does the job as well. What is essential is that it is roasted! Eating it every day will boost your sperm strongly experts say to perhaps a dangerous level!! Your wife should be careful!! She go born twins They add that regular intake of okra as well along with it is also helpful If you find this info extremely helpful do let me know. I will paste other help tips that I know

there are many different causes of low sperm count, by telling people that eating roasted plantain will boost/solve it is a complete false information!!!!!! first you have to establish WHY that person has a low sperm count. it can derive from many different reason:
- it could be genetic (Klinefelter's syndrome, Kartagener syndrome or even cystic fibrosis), - it could be due to a hormonal disorder, - it could be due to Varicoceles (swollen vein in the scrotum reducing sperm production), - it could be due to a damage sperm duct, - it could be due to an infection of the reproductive tract, - it could be due to the person taking drugs like cocaine/marijuana(drug users have 50% less sperm), - it could be due to smoking (yes smokers may encounter low sperm count due to their habit), - it could be due to stress or exhaustion, - it could also be due to the person being overweight - it could be due to an injury to the testicules - it could be due to overheating of the testicules. sauna and jacuzzi may lower sperm count if used regularly. - it could simply be that the person is INFERTILE
the list is endless!!!!! PS: as for the twins bit, NICE TRY but unfortunately having twins is only down to the WOMAN not the man!!! men have NO INFLUENCE when it comes to twinning since it happens ONLY when a woman releases TWO eggs instead of one during her ovulation cycle.

First and foremost chairman, I no be doctor. I just came across information I felt I should share with others. Then 2ndly , I think you're taking it to far. Many people feel that only what they are saying is genuine only when it is 110% based on Western science medicine, otherwise it should be thrashed. This is a very wrong view to have. I remember the story of Jesus and the the man who was born blind in John Chapter 9. Despite the best efforts of the wise and lettered men to convince him otherwise, he said, "All I do know is that once I was blind, I see at present". He even when on further to say "This certainly is a marvel that you do not know where he is from and yet he opened my eyes"(John 9:30) I am not saying you have a point. But if many people have gotten better by taking herbal products, does it not attest to the fact that they do have curative powers? Or it does not?? I am not blind that some herbal remedies may be outright frauds but that does not cancel out all herbal remedies even some super simple ones. For instance, honey has been found to be excellent for burns. Someone I know was given honey in an orthodox hospital and his skin is healing with any scarification. And as for the twins bit, I was just joking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nevertheless you do have some points.

please dont take what i wrote the wrong way, i DID not say that what you wrote was wrong. i said that what you wrote was not acurate in the sense that eating plantain might only be ok if the person doesnt have a genetic or damaged vein, not a drug/alcohol abuser etc. i am sure you will admit that if someone is having low sperm count because they have a damaged vein, then eating fried plantain ,is not going to help much.

hi all, my view is that you are both right in your own way. Mr Grandstar was just giving a blanket statement which though is correct but may actually mislead some people. just as Mr Brownjay has said, you have to first discover the cause of the low sperm count. Someone with tubal defect, sterility due to mumps and some others like genetic disorders(though not common in our environment) would not benefit from plantain. However i'm aware of some natural ways to boost sperm count and have tried some for my patients with success. However,if anyone is giving out information for free,he or she should be encouraged but please the information must be complete. thanks

@ grandstar The point he(MRbrownJay) raised above are very important. In the absence of any reproductive/genetic complications, plantain could serve as a sperm booster.
