Help! Little Kids Having Sex

Today kids do everything, Imagine a 12yr old having a teachers baby!!!We need more than the power of Ogugu to stop this

I don't know why anyone is shocked. Nigerians are such pretentious hypocrites when it comes to sex. Everybody acts like they don't have sex. Nobody ever talks about sex. What do you expect children to do when they know that if they ask their parents these questions they will most likely get slapped? They go and find out for themselves.

Nigerians MUST learn to talk with their children HONESTLY and FREQUENTLY about sex, emotional attitudes to sex, contraception, abstinence, abuse of expected gender roles, and the power of personal decisions instead of sticking their heads in the sand and pretending that if they ignore the sex topic long enough it will go away.

Nigerian children are terribly uneducated about sex and they CONTINUALLY make terrible sexual decisions because of their lack of knowledge. Just look how many Nigerian teenagers get HIV every year. SOUND sex education about protection among other things could have prevented at least half of those cases.

Worst of all, children that ask questions about sex are labelled 'bad girls' or 'bad boys' so they learn not to ask about sex but rather experiment in order to satisfy their curiosity. The results are usually tragic.

Nigerians should stop deceiving themselves. Sex is not something to be ashamed of. Sex is not something to be shy about. Honest and open communication about sex at home and in schools is the only way to help children and teenagers make the RIGHT decisions about sex.

All this trying to frighten children into avoiding sex bullshit never ever works.  It has been proven time and time again that the more you try to stop a child from doing something WITHOUT EXPLAINING WHY, the more they want to do it. But if you sit a child or teenager down and you explain that sex is a big choice and explain all the ramifications and possible side effects of sex, and then tell them how to protect themselves if they choose to have sex but let them know that your preference would be that they don't have sex until they are ready/married, you will find that most will choose to wait.

But all this thunder will fire you, hell fire, fire and brimstone bullshit hardly ever works. And even when it does, it creates sexually dysfunctional people that have the most useless ideas/attitudes about sex. (case in point - Pastor's Daughter Syndrome)

Whats it got to do with Nigerians generally? Nigerian kids are actually more restricted sexually than western kids, so you guys should stop all that rubbish about not teaching them about sex.

Parents will decide when, and what, to say to their kids about sex because each child is unique. You cant tell parents to teach their children the very same way you taught your children. Westerners should not tell Nigerians what to teach their children because Nigerian children are not necessarily exposed to what western kids are exposed to and vice versa.

For me, I would go their house again and take pictures and than I would put in an envelope and post it to their motha!

The solution the children awareness abt sex i wont say is sex education in school or at home but what i think is the best solution in to inculcate the fear of God into our children, let them know who God is and what sin is.

What is the primary function of a mother/wife? is it nt to take care of the children, i actually dnt believe in this housegirl/boy stuffs, mothers sld engage themselves into less time consuming jobs that Will giv them time in monitoring the  affairs of their home and children.

There is nothing new under the sun.I had my first taste of sex at the age of 9 when I was seduced by an Ibo girl aged 6  1/2 named Ada Kalu in my step mother's room at Bodija,Ibadan.The second week,her sister named Ndo tried unsuccessfully to do me but failed becaused her step  brother wanted a piece of action and we were not familiar with threesome in 1963.So this is not a case of being seduced by housemaid.tThe fact is that the children watch what their parents are doing expecially those living in face-to-face type of accommodation.Because of d nature of my work,I rented a room in a suburb of Lagos.Recently I caught my landlord's 6yrs old daughter fucking a tenant's 7yr old in front of my door mouth using my curtain as cover during a game of 'boju-boju.I did not tell anybody because of my own experiences on this matter.I you do'nt want your children to be involved in such games be vigilant.
