Is It A Forex Scam Or Real?
« on: May 25, 2009, 08:57 PM »

A company is inviting members of the public to invest their money in FOREX trading. At the end of each month, investors are to be paid 100% interest on their investment minus 10% inland revenue tax. Marketing pros and others, pls advise: Is this a scam or can it be done with all honesty in Naija?

one thing u should know forex is a very good business, if u know what your doing i mean. instead of give someone your money to trade for u why not trade by yourself and take all the profit. u can get a robot that will help u with all your tradings. the company mite be real but the stand to gain more from your investment. so if your thinking on investing with them i say no, try trading on your own

Good advice all have given here.
However, I beg to differ. It is true that forex is risky and volatile, but the truth is, it is a market that can be tamed. Unfortunately many who have the real insight into trading forex do not have the necessary funds. with the necessary funds and a good trading environment - stable electricity and broadband internet, 100% returns on investment in a month is easily attainable. In fact, one can do it in a week!. I speak from experience and i am willing to send my trading records to anyone who is interested. E-mail me at fxman62@yahoo.com and I will send it to you.
I am willing to trade any account not below $5000 on a 50-50 profit sharing basis. This means you get to have 50% of whatever profit i make during the trading period which will usually be one month (30 working days). And I do not want a group. I need only one personto put down the funds. I guarantee, you won't lose your money.
Do not take the advice of those who say you should do the trading by yourself. It takes a lot of time and learning to master forex trading. It took me two solid years to get to where I am today and I tell you, I am still learning. Once again, any one interested should contact me by e-mail or phone 07062417445

hmmm, @ adros84,

what a twist of information, anyway no one is disputing the fact that FX trading is not lucrative, like i said above, it's a high yielding investment which everyone knows that any business that attracts high ROI usually attract high risk.

If you claim that you make xxx profit in a week or month, then you must be gambling and thats against the Forex law which says: ONE MUST NOT EXPOSE MORE THAN 3% PERCENT OF HIS/HER CAPITAL PER TRADE.

Anyone gambles on the FX market is not suppose to go into managing people's fund; you can risk with your own cash which i know is inevitable in the market rather than involving someone else.

I earn my living thru professional FX trading and training and have a conducive office on No. 55 Opebi Road Opebi Ikeja where i operate from. I couldnt have gotten to this altitude if i was gambling.

High risk traders are not stable in the market as they eventually loose that which they have gathered to the same market, including their capitals.

There are three main reasons why traders loose in the market and they are: GREED, FEAR and LACK OF TRADING KNOW-HOW

will continue soon,

To be realistic, a lot of people are turning FOREX trading into scamming. I'm not really surprise. I knew from the starting, that in no time forex wud become a business of scamming. But to be honest, FOREX is so real . just that a lot of liars already corrupt its image.

But forex is Real ,

@ swit D,

You are pretty right there, not withstanding the fact that the subject matter is very real and could be used as a medium of building massive wealth, a lot of scammers has been using this genuine business fallaciously to lure the newbies into heavy gambling and consequenstly loosing their capital.
Now tell me, If you were wrongly given the picture of how true Forex business is being done and you lost your hard earn dollars as a result, wont you say the business is not real or it's a scam?

A lot of people today go into FX training because they want to recoup the money they have lost in the market as a result of their inadequate knowledge of Forex trading; they impact that same wrong info that put them in deep shit into another innocent candidate.

The truth is FX trading is just like every other business that requires a proper understanding, strict adherence to the law guiding the fx market and proper planing and patience.

BELIEVE ME OR NOT, IT DOESN'T PAY TO BE A RISK TAKER IN THIS FX BUSINESS.

If you want more reason let me know

''A lot of people today go into FX training because they want to recoup the money they have lost in the market as a result of their inadequate knowledge of Forex trading; they impact that same wrong info that put them in deep shit into another innocent candidate''. I think u have said it all. The lil secret behind it is, Majority of all our so called forex professors in Nigeria are just scamming the newbies . The truth is that, they ain't trading using a live money , yet they would encourage the newbies to trade using their live money . Well, to be realistic, I still think Forex is so real at my end ,

yea,

We have so many scammers here in Nigeria fallaciously using FX training to scam newbies off their cash and at the end, they make the case even worse by handling over the deadly machine to them called "FX Robot" telling them they don't need to work to earn using the killer robots.

I have had series of complain in my office by some of these preys/victims, after impacting jargons into their heads, their so called FX professional scams encourages them to throw their hard earned dollars into the FX  market without proper know-how, adding pepper to their injury by complimending them with robots.

If you are hoping to make it in FX with robots, better think again, cos that lil money you think you have gotten using that robot will soon be whisked off by the same robot.

So shine your eyes

Eastern,

I so much enjoyed the advice you are giving out there.

A lot of people are so vulnerable to the get rich quick
schemes that fly all over the place.

the truth is that Forex is a good money maker but
it should be treated like any other business around.

FOREX IS GREAT. BUT IF ANYBODY TELLS YOU HE CAN TRAIN YOU, ASK HIM FOR THE FOLLOWING:

1) A STUATION WHERE THE ACCOUNT ( DEMO OR LIVE) USED IN TRAINING YOU GROWS IN PROFIT OVER THE PERIOD OF THE TRAINING.

2) 100% MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE  (in case his pattern falls short of his claims).

3) HANDS-ON PRACTICAL TRAINING.

4) HE MUST BE PLACING BUY/SELL ORDERS WHILE HE TRAINS YOU.

5) GOOD RISK MANAGEMENT SKILLS

I HAVE LOST MONEY TRADING FOREX BEFORE AND THAT FORCED ME TO JOIN A LONG TERM PRACTICAL RESEARCH WHICH WE (4 STUDENTS, A PASTOR & A GLO SENIOR STAFF) JUST CONCLUDED.

THE STRESS WAS WORTH IT 'COS IT HAS GIVEN ALL OF US A BETTER INSIGHT ON HOW TO DO AWAY WITH THE FOLLOWING: FEAR, INDISCIPLINE OF THE MIND, LACK OF CONCENTRATION. I TELL YOU THESE ARE AMONG THE MAJOR THINGS THAT AFFECT TRADERS TODAY.

SINCE AFTER THIS RESEARCH, I TELL YOU, FOREX IS WORTH DOING. IT IS A GREAT BUSINESS. AND I HAVE TAKEN MY TIME NOT TO TALK SO MUCH ABOUT TRAINING PEOPLE DUE TO THESE SCAMMERS THAT TAKE DELIGHT IN RIPPING THE UNSUSPECTING.

I MAY NOT HAVE ALL THE BIG MONEY TO TRADE IT NOW, BUT I JUST HAVE TO KEEP TO WHAT I KNOW AND KEEP WORKING HARD TILL I ARRIVE WITH THE FINANCIAL CAPACITY TO TRADE IT THE WAY I WANT.

ONE OR TWO PEOPLE HAVE APPRAOCHED ME FOR TRAINING. I DID, ACTUALLY, FOR
N25, 000 / WEEK + 2 WEEKS DEMO TRADING- MAKING IT THREE WEEKS. JUST TO BE SURE THEY DON'T DERAIL.

I WANT TO TELL YOU THAT IF YOU KNOW HOW TO TRADE FOREX, YOU MAY NOT NEED TO ADVERTISE YOURSELF. PEOPLE WILL KNOW.

MOST OF US WHO REALLY KNOW HOW TO GO ABOUT FOREX TRADING DON'T REALLY HAVE THE CAPITAL TO START IT, YET WE ARE NOT IN A HURRY 'COS WE WILL GET THERE. AND WHEN PEOPLE LOOK AT YOU THE NEXT QUESTION YO GET FROM THEM IS,  "IF YOU KNOW FOREX AS YOU SEEM OR CLAIM, HOW COME YOU ARE NOT RICH YET?"  BUT WE ALL KNOW THAT IDEAS AND MONEY, SOME TIMES DON'T COME TOGETHER.

DON'T ALWAYS BUY THE IDEA OF SOMEONE TRADING FOR YOU. LEARN TO CATCH FISH YOURSELF. IT IS WISER.

I WILL BE GLAD TO ASSIST ASPIRING TRADERS - NEWBIES OR OLD HANDS - WITH THERE QUESTIONS.

MY NUMEBER: 0805 043 2278
EMAIL: realbrowny@yahoo.com
YAHOO! MESSENGER: realbrowny

THERE WAS AN INSTANCE WHERE A NEW TRADER, AFTER SOME SEMINAR AT TRIANGLES IN IKEJA, OPENED A LIVE ACCOUNT AND WAS ALMOST ERASING HIS FUNDS. HE CALLED ME AFTER A POST ON BESTWAYTOINVEST. I INVITED HIM TO A CYBER CAFE AROUND OGBA. MADE HIM KNOW IT IS NOT A CRIME TO LOSE MONEY IN FOREX TRADING, I TOO HAVE GONE THROUGH THAT BEFORE AND MOST EXPERTS TODAY - IN NIGERIA AND ABRAOD - HAVE LOST MONEY IN FOREX TRADING, TOO. BUT THE CRIME IS WHEN YOU FAIL TO LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES AND ACCEPT FAILURE.

THE REASON ABOVE IS EVEN THE MORE REASON WE (RESEARCH TEAM) WORKED VERY HARD ON RISK MANAGEMENT SKILLS TO BE ABLE TO CUT LOSSES AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE AND ALLOW PROFITS TO RUN. IT IS ALSO VERY IMPORTANT YOU DECLARE YOUR PROFIT LIMIT, BUT WHEN THE MARKET OPENS THE SKIES, YOU LET IT RIDE.

I OFFERED HIM THE 100% MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE, HE PAID AND WE WENT INTO BUSINESS. EACH TIME I HAD TO PLACE A CALCULATED TRADE, I DID ON HIS LIVE ACCOUNT AND HE MADE $100 OUT OF HIS $600 BALANCE THE FIRST DAY. MAKING $700. BY THE TIME THE TRAINING WAS OVER (THREE WEEKS), HE LEFT WITH $1,451. THERE WERE LOSSES, BUT THEY WERE LIMITED AND HIS ACCOUNT GREW INSTEAD.

LAST LINE: IF YOU MUST HUNT THE LION DOWN, YOU MUST LAY  ARMBUSH. IF YOU CHASE THE LION AROUND, YOU STAKE YOUR LIFE AND NOT THE BULLET ANYMORE.[/i]

my friend ,  i will advise you to go and learn the fixed odds.   its forex made easy.  you can be doing this with less time.       forex is good but to be straight with you, its some how risky.      don't give any one you money to trade for you.
