i heard someone in a computer school say that it did more harm than good to his computer so make sure you back up before you load it no kidding!
shouldn't u be doing that before you make any changes to your computer regardless or at least manually create a restore point?

vista sp2 does no harm. in fact my vista seems to have "stabilised". just make sure you have sp1 and have installed all important updates.

Vista SP2 does no harm to your system, please. I installed it the very day it was out and ever since my system has been running smoothly without any hitch.
As for the updates, I must say again that there is nothing really special in the package. No earth shaking additions besides the regular updates that were just rolled into one.

Guys,it is always the best advice to make a backup of yur system before any major addition or subtraction be it software or hardware, becos yu never know ,there maybe a conflict or sort which may mess up yur system after the installation or un-installation of both hardware or soft. @Gpowered79 , how many of this systems nowadays are not china made one way or the other?
