Only 1 Egg A Day?

please,nutritionists in d house,help me out here.is it true that eating more than 1 egg a day is a waste?i once heard someone sayin something like,the body gets all it needs(from eggs)from just one egg a day,any xtra eggs for that day is sort of useless to the body.true?
i like eggs!

I really am not sure bout that but its something i've heard before.
Infact ma room mate's telling of not to take egg tonight that i've taken too much egg this week and that in actual fact one needs just 2 eggs per week!

@ Poster, Am sorry to say that too much egg is not good for your health. The egg yolk in particular is very high in protein  increases your cholesterol level. It is very useful to GROWING  children. An adult should better get his/her protein from other sources. However, if you must take it, let it be moderate, and make sure you are an active person so that you'll burn out the excess  in your system in no time.
