My dear, what you have to do is: 1. Open up to your fiance/guy/husband to be, dont allow him find out. 2. Go for medical check up. 3. If you are a christian, go for counselling and deliverance, because it is satanic.4. Stop drinking much water before bed. 5. avoid sugaring food 6. Set alarm, that rings evey 3hours. This issue happen as if you are in the toilet uninating in the dream, but not knowing it is physical. it is satanic manipulating. put a stop to it by being prayerful,set aside days & declare a fast 4 yourself (even the bible says, this kind thing goeth not out except by fasting and prayers My dear i no dey give you sermon, but just try this my advise(s) |

Sorry my dear poster,
Sometimes it mint be normal, this issue may depend on your food intake especially at night.
How u a deep sleeper? i know only a deep sleeper will wet bed or wet dreams at your age.
These are common with children, due to too much food intake, too much play, and deep slept.
If the below is your problem then it's normal.
1. Deep sleeper.
2. Too much food,
3. Too much play.
1. Deep sleeper, the roof will be on fire yet they will not notice, you can easily bed wet without knowing in a deep sleep, you are luckily you always wake up each time you bed wet, some people will even bed wet yet they will still be sleeping, this can be cured with a laud alarm. Every 1hrs, go and buy a laud ringing wall clock that alarm every hrs to control your deep sleep, but the clock disturbs a lot when sleeping, i can remember the last time i had one , i really cant enjoy sleeping at night every hours the clock wake me up from sweet dreams. it was really disturbing, quickly i remove the batteries from the alarm, so if u can do this i hope it helps
2. too much food, so try to eat little at bedtime nor water, mineral, beer.
3. too much play. i'm sure u don’t play alot like kids, this are common with children that love to play alot, dreaming to be in toilet.

Hmmm, if u are a xtian go to God in prayers. A Muslim go to Imam in prayers but if a traditionalist, then go to Delta state (Emu Uno) in Ndokwa West Local Govt. they have a permanent cure for that traditionally.

I agree with Dovent and in addition, you can make it a duty to free your self physically by urinating regularly over night. Make conscious effort to rise from your bed to urinate even when you don't seem to feel like. Pray along and God will help you. The truth is that almost every one has has been in one form of mysterious challenge or the other and those that over come combine prayer and physical effort. You may equally contact your parents or elderly people close to you as there may be traditional solution to it. Take it or leave, THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITHOUT SOLUTION,

please help me, i ve been having this problem if bed wetting during my OND DAYS
but thru frequent prayer i got passed it, i had a boyfriend then and i bedwet at his place, it was so embrassing and he left me, now am and 29 year old and i have a fiance who really love me and we will be tying the knot IN SEPTEMBER THIS YEAR
i travelled to see him THREE weeks ago, i slept over at his place and when it was mid night i notice that i was feeling cold, to my suprise i bed wet again , i had to tell him that he should on our generator cos i was feeling so HOT, when he went out i quickly turn the bed upside down and change the bed sheet to avoid the embarassment
please nairaland i dont know what to do about this
i need help u ve got issues gurlfriend. it's either medical or spiritual. i suggest u approach the problem in those two ways. good luck. |

Actually, it is very embarassing, it is a spiritual issue. Bet wetting is something u can stop by helping yourself, my advice is to cut down your intake of liquids at least from 6pm till daybreak.
Try this method, it helps.

M y dear i feel your pain, this case is not medical, if not why do you not bed wet when you are in your own house. you have got to talk to a serious man of God. you need to undergo a serious deliverance and it has to be fast b4 d devil ruins your life. If you are in Lagos , i can get you smbody to pray with you.
secondly, Allow smbody to talk to your BF,prefferably a pastor. that is if both of you are christians
