But one thing consistent with Nigerian's is that, there is no job too small or too big for them, and same applies to money.

My intentions keh? i am in the process of outsourcing some jobs as we speak, and i am about to get some new jobs too.
I dunno, but i am not too good at competing for jobs or rushing to get jobs either, and i am yet to take nairalanders serious

The interesting thing is that, in lagos here where i stay, u can easily get jobs if you know how to use your mouth well. . .it is even faster
than using resumes and CVs. Immagine, i was tryin to get a job yesterday, and the asked if i had a resume with me, i was blank for a moment,
that he had to ask if i know what a resume was, i told him he will get it today, i just prepared it now. . .for the first tyme ever!

You don't need to shell out 150k for what you can get almost absolutely free. Just buy a hosting package and talk to your hosting company. It will be installed free for you in seconds. But if you feel like doing it yourself. visit http://www.simplemachines.org you would get all round support. Mods and templates. You might only need a webmaster to customize the design of the website. But that is absolutely not compulsory but if you still feel like sharing the national cake visit http://websitenigeria.com/Internet/Web-Design-and-Development/ for a list of nigerian webmasters and their portfolio. At least their works would speak for them. Hopefully you would be able to separate the Masters from the small, whinny, Self important boys.

What do u mean. It's possible that the poster know what a CMS is but wants to build a forum unique to him/her business.

you cant just bring out 150,000 for a website,just be care on who ever you pay to build it for you.
