Do you know that by eating a little bit healthier you can assimilate more and also remember more when you read.

A healthy body also translates to a healthy brain. Healthy brain cells have a greater capacity to work better.

Also relaxing and resting (sleeping) increases your chances of understanding more. A tensed up person has a 40% chance of understanding what he or she is reading so if you are tensed up or stressed out when you want to read, try to relax before picking up that book.

Whether you have exams or not it is always good to take multivitamins (and blood tonics). They help you have a healthier body, improve your immune system so that you can fight illnesses and help you cope with stress.

When you have exams your body is stressed and prone to illness so the use of multivitamins help prevent you from falling ill and having to miss any exam.

Hope you try to follow these advice. Here is wishing you all the best in your bid to be a success in your exams.
