Milner has a lot of potential and showed much promise when he was with leeds.
The move to newcastle set him back a few years, but he should (hopefully) develop into a quality midfielder under oneil at villa

Milner played very well especially in the last match. One can easily say that he was the best player for England on the pitch.

@Dayok, I was expecting more ranting and yabbis of the english team from you.  Grin Tongue Grin
me thinks you have a soft spot for them (The English boys) Cheesy

FBS,

Its about the coward English supporters who all vanished into thin air after their team shameful outing. All the fans vacated this thread this is something a true fan would never do

After the finals all of them never returned. The Germans put them in their place which is FARRRRR below Germany.

Soft spot for that unfortunate nation?

@Dayokanu,
Frankly, I don't know of any English supporters on this thread. I know of those who support English football teams. Can we agree that these two are different?

And if I may ask, why the hate or dislike for England? If it is what I think then, Germany is no better.
Perhaps you can shed more light on this for me.

What reason are you thinking of other than the loud mouth. I have no issues with England if they accept their place in the world alongside Togo, Singapore and Switzerland

Trying to compare themselves to better countries irritate me

Then Germany should be alongside Iran, Afghanistan and South Africa. Is that what you mean?

But what from earlier post, one can deduce that your qualms is not with England but with the folks you support them.

So bloody what? So defending champions cannot be knocked out?
This time, they (Germany) were eliminated by Spain.
The notion that nothing good can come out of England is false.
