A Retail Sales Manager needed in a leading marketing company.
The ideal candidate would be expected to execute the following:
• Establish and develop a minimum of ten retail shops at strategic locations for profit maximization.
• Achieve corporate goal for a competitive market through an aggressive awareness program.
• Achieve shop profit target by implementing aggressive go to market strategies and managing the shop sales activities.
• Improve operational efficiency by negotiating advance payments, collecting debts within credit days.
• Ensure optimum utilization of resources to achieve revenue and profitability
• Improve sales team productivity and satisfaction by motivating, coaching, developing and ensuring adherence to company processes.
• Facilitate planning and business decisions by providing accurate, timely and complete information for operational and strategic use.
• Improve customer satisfaction by keeping in constant communication and maintaining beneficial relationships
• Manage all day to day operations of the shops which include financial management to achieve targeted productivity, sales and profitability.
Key specifications for the position shall be:
• Minimum of a first degree
• Minimum of 5 years aggressive retail sales experience in consumer electronic goods with the commitment to creating customer satisfaction
