Can A Board Be Repaird?

hello,
just taught to ask this question, can a motherboard be repaird, ?
i have a problem with my board, it come up, but does not display.
i tried cleaning dust, clearing CMOS, cleaning dust from various hardware components, changing the position of the RAM, etc. yet there is no solution. please what do u think culd be the problem here?

It is Probably the ROM chip or the Processor

If it is any of the two Just forget it and buy a new board

You don't repair Processors

And as for ROMS you need to buy an empty ROM and look for some one with a ROM programmer

It is made of electronic parts, which means it can be repaired just fine. The question should have been: is it worth repairing?
