METHOD REGISTRATION

Eligible candidates should purchase a scratch card of N1,000.00 (One thousand naira only) from any of the banks listed below.

With the scratch cards, candidates should access and complete the registration form at www.futo.admissions.com.

Click on Online Examination Procedure (please read the Instructions carefully).

Click on Post-UME Online form. Direct entry candidates click on Direct entry applicants.

Input your UME Exam No. (as captured on your UME result notification page) and your scratch card pin code. DO NOT DISPOSE OF YOUR SCRATCH CARD.

Carefully complete application form. ALL FIELDS ARE COMPULSORY. DO NOT FORGET TO UPLOAD A CLEAR COPY OF YOUR PHOTOGRAPH. (The format should be gif or jpeg and shouldn’t be above 200 X 200 pixel).

Click on Preview, ensure all your entries are correct.

Click on Submit button to submit your form for processing.

Candidates should come for screening with the following:

HP pencil, eraser and sharpener

Two clear copies (with clear pictures) of the printout of completed online registration form

UME result slip and photocopy

Scratch card used for registration
