please Help On Installing Programming In Java Introduction?

I tried installing it on my laptop p-4,dell.but cldn't get through 2dtutorials.i saw d 1st page displaying all d topic but once i clicked,it wldn't come up. I tried installing again severally even trying d advance-it says i should contact d software vendor for a valid serial number.please help me out
