The son of a wealthy Nigerian Politician Who is a Serial Sex Attacker as Been Caught,,,,,,

A "DANGEROUS and determined sexual predator" who stalked the streets for victims during a nine-month reign of terror has been jailed for 12 years.
Ekene Anoliefo, the son of a prominent Nigerian politician, raped one teenager and also tried to lure a 14-year-old girl back to his flat in Aberdeen for sex by offering her drink, cigarettes and cannabis.

The High Court in Edinburgh heard how he approached other women in the streets of Aberdeen and assaulted one female by pushing her against a wall when she rejected his advances.

Sentencing the 34-year-old, Lord Pentland told Anoliefo: "You are a dangerous and determined sexual predator who has not the slightest respect for women.

"The sentence I impose must reflect the abhorrence that society feels towards persons like you who prey on women in this way and who are willing to resort to violence and rape for their own sexual gratification.

"You stand convicted of a series of incidents involving the assault, molestation and harassment of six separate women and a female child in the streets of Aberdeen over a period extending from the autumn of 2007 to the summer of 2008.

"I note that you have not, at any stage, expressed the slightest degree of remorse or empathy for your victims."

Earlier, Anoliefo listened through an interpreter as defence QC Donald MacLeod told how he had shamed his wealthy family. Mr MacLeod explained Anoliefo's father was a politician in his local state parliament in the African state and had paid for Anoliefo to come to Scotland to study computer technology to prepare him for a career in the Nigerian oil industry.

The trial heard how on 13 July last year, Anoliefo had stopped his car, pretending to help a 19-year-old girl. Once she was in the vehicle, he refused to let her leave and drove her to his flat. The terrified teenager was forced to watch pornographic films before he raped her.

In court, the judge added that, in view of the gravity of Anoliefo's crimes, he would be recommending that he should be deported on completion of the sentence.

This is depressing!!! Cry Cry Cry Cry

Having seen many women falsely accuse men of rape after they've gone home, reflected on the events of the day/night and then concluded unilaterally that the sexual encounter was "a difficult experience", I have my doubts about the veracity of the incidents described in the post.

It is all too common for a manic depressive, schizophrenic or otherwise mentally unstable, vengeful, spiteful white woman to accuse a black man of rape and the authorities discarding all doubts and promptly prosecuting the accused man. Kobe Bryant's case is just one recent high-profile case. He was accused of rape, but the evidence revealed otherwise.

Let us analyze an excerpt from the post:

Quote
The trial heard how on 13 July last year, Anoliefo had stopped his car, pretending to help a 19-year-old girl. Once she was in the vehicle, he refused to let her leave and drove her to his flat. The terrified teenager was forced to watch pornographic films before he raped her.

0. Did she get into his car willingly or was she forced to get in? How did he do it? Knock her unconscious or pointed a gun at her to force her compliance? If he was armed, why wasn't that mentioned? If he wasn't armed, how likely was it that she would comply to his orders when she sensed she was in danger?

1. Most 19-year-old girls today have cell phones. How come she did not use her cell phone and dial 999 for help?

2. From the phrase "pretending to help a 19-year-old girl", I ask: What kind of help? The omission of this detail is troubling.

3. How was he able to move the girl from his car to his apartment without causing a scene? If the girl perceived she was in danger, she would have screamed to high heavens and that trip from the car to the apartment would have made Lt. Chris Burnett's harrowing experience traversing hostile territory in war-torn Bosnia (Behind Enemy Lines) look like a gala night.

4. How can one be forced to watch a pornographic movie? Did he clamp open her eye-lids or did he point a gun at her? What about the much awaited screams? Was she gagged? If so, why wasn't that mentioned?

These questions are pertinent because too many people are willing to crucify a man accused of rape even before any evidence is found to support the accusation, beyond the words of the so-called victim.

Supporting documentation:
1. False Rape Accusations May Be More Common Than Thought
This week I stumbled over a passage in a 1996 study published by the U.S. Department of Justice: Convicted by Juries, Exonerated by Science: Case Studies in the Use of DNA Evidence to Establish Innocence After Trial.

The study documents 28 cases which, "with the exception of one young man of limited mental capacity who pleaded guilty," consist of individuals who were convicted by juries and, then, later exonerated by DNA tests.

At the time of release, they had each served an average of 7 years in prison.

The passage that riveted my attention was a quote from Peter Neufeld and Barry C. Scheck, prominent criminal attorneys and co-founders of the Innocence Project that seeks to release those falsely imprisoned.

They stated, "Every year since 1989, in about 25 percent of the sexual assault cases referred to the FBI where results could be obtained, the primary suspect has been excluded by forensic DNA testing. Specifically, FBI officials report that out of roughly 10,000 sexual assault cases since 1989, about 2,000 tests have been inconclusive, about 2,000 tests have excluded the primary suspect, and about 6,000 have "matched" or included the primary suspect."

The authors continued, "these percentages have remained constant for 7 years, and the National Institute of Justice's informal survey of private laboratories reveals a strikingly similar 26 percent exclusion rate."

If the foregoing results can be extrapolated, then the rate of false reports is roughly between 20 (if DNA excludes an accused) to 40 percent (if inconclusive DNA is added). The relatively low estimate of 25 to 26 percent is probably accurate, especially since it is supported by other sources.

2. Wrongful Accusations of Rape
In a study that span nine years, sociologist Eugene J. Kanin’s findings were that in the United States, 41% of rape allegations are false. Kanin discovered that most of the false accusers were motivated by a need for an alibi or seeking revenge.

3. Falserape.net
This website has been created by a concerned mother to increase awareness that women often make false rape charges, destroy the lives and reputations of innocent men, while the false accusers face no repercussions.

Half of all Rape Charges May Be False

Rape is a terrible crime. It should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. But false rape charges are a troublesome reality. At least 10 percent and perhaps as many as 40 percent of all rape charges are lies. Research results In the Midwest:
· 41% of the total rape cases were recanted by the alleged victim during a 9-year study in a metropolitan Midwestern town.
·45 of the 109 complainants admitted that no rape had occurred in period.
The incidence figure (from 1978 to 1987) of false rape varied from year to year and ranged from a low of ·27% to a high of 70%

The alleged rape victims admitted that they had made the false rape charges for three reasons:
· to create an alibi,
· to get revenge,
· to get attention or sympathy.

Educated women lie, too,
· University women were as likely to file a false rape charge as a valid charge. Other reports from university police agencies support these findings (Jay, 1991). Source: Eugene J. Kanin, Ph.D., Department of Sociology and Anthropology, Purdue University, www.anandaanswers.com/pages/naa

@RichieBlack. You've put my thoughts on the story in better perspective than I ever could. The story just doesn't ring right. Nigerians have a penchant for going off topic. Here in the West, that might well be the difference between been seen as empty headed / dishonest or doing actual jail time. After listening to his friend (Congoshine), I'm beginning to think that another Nigerian might be doing time because of an inability to communicate without going off track.

He raped several women.

He physically assaulted another woman.

He tried to sleep with a 14 year old

offered canabis to a minor a 14 year old

And all he got was 12 years. For his kind of crime he should have got no less than 60yrs

i agree, he got away too easily. what is 12 yrs? for this kind of crimes he committed? if only got 12yrs in Aberdeen, i wonder how many months/years he would gotten if he was in Nigeria? considering the fact also that his father is a "politician". i hope really he gets a taste of his own medicine in prison.

Like i said,he probably promised her money & didn't meet up.

How many famous footballers have fallen for this trap? You visit someone's hotel room alone late at night, you later claim he raped you after the fact.

How many men can genuinely get it up in a struggle.??

Richyblack could have a point though as i know in the UK only 1 in 10 rape cases gets a conviction. Many of these girls are drunk so how do u tell a difference between rape and consensual sex. They wake up in the morning with a stranger beside them and make rape allegations.

A black frined of mine was once in a jury involving a black guy with rape allegetions froma white girl. He actually could deduce that this was propabably not rape but the remainder of the jusy were white and were almost eager to down that dude. The case was deadlocked and another jury constituted , God knows what happened to the guy.

Police praise victims of Aberdeen rapist
Bravery hailed by cops

By Jennifer McKiernan crime reporter

Published: 20/06/2009

PREDATOR: Ekene Anoliefo, 34, was found guilty of sex offences against women.

Quote
POLICE today praised the bravery of eight victims – one aged only 14 – who gave evidence at the trial of a predatory Aberdeen rapist.

It came as Ekene Anoliefo was been jailed for 12 years for the brutal rape of a 19-year-old.

The 34-year-old, originally from Nigeria but now living in Aberdeen, was also convicted of touching, approaching, or making sexual comments to seven other women and the teenager.

Grampian Police Det Sgt Neil Kennedy led an extensive investigation into Anoliefo, who has been told he will be deported when he finishes his sentence.

The officer commended the young women for their bravery in speaking out at the trial.

Det Sgt Kennedy said: “The witnesses in this case behaved with great courage after being traumatised by these crimes.

“They will take comfort from the fact he will be deported at the end of his sentence.”

The trial heard how last July 13, Anoliefo stopped his car, pretending to help a 19-year-old woman.

But once she was in the vehicle, he refused to let her leave and drove her to his flat where he forced her on to a bed and raped her.

On March 15 last year a 14-year-old schoolgirl was in Charles Street, Aberdeen, when Anoliefo came up to her and began making “inappropriate sexual remarks”.

U constantly sell urselves, and when some guy takes what they so blatantly offered, they scream rape. The sad truth is that many of those raped got what they were asking for,and even worse, some of them were active participants in their supposed 'rapes'. Most of 'em got what they deserved, and i feel no sympathy for such ones.

Quote
It beats me too as i had a very funny experience.I had a friend who claimed that a colleague of mine raped her which i really doubt cause the lady is very fat and never screamed or showed any resistance when the guy invited to his room from my room and had sex with her.How could one have raped a big girl like that.

without a question, there are instances in which women are crying wolf, but with eight witnesses in this case, that is higly unlikely. you do realise that the cases prosecuted are those in which the police had enough evidence, and that the guy may veer well have several more cases that could not be brought forward due to lack of evidence

the guy is from a rich fmily, so it wouldn't be a case of him being defeneded by a cheapo public defender.

for all one knows, the guy could simply have been banished to aberdeen by an embarassed family that could no longer deal with 'incidents' with other peoples' daughters , under the guise of education.

we all have friends who have gone over to the dark side. . . the other day, i met some ife guys and asked them bout a guy who i hung out with in secondary school named uche/sylvester . was expecting to hear great things, but the guys simply gave me odd looks. later i heard the guy had become a cult capo who was directly involved in the killing of some 25 students. his dad spirited him out of the country for 'further studies' as the long arm of the law was coming after him.

The solution to differentiating between consensual sex and rape  is attached to this reply ,  Having Lived and worked in Aberdeen for some time, I agree that sometimes, it's difficult to differentiate  the thin line between consensual sex and rape.

However, It is a Law that having sex with a girl under the influence of alcohol or drugs  cannot be be called consensual sex

This could help save a couple of guys

All the 8 women?  I didn't know they had a secret meeting to set the guy up. Even though they did, the guy is still very stupid to have fallen for it.

The Police n the social workers can make 20 women lie they were raped. . . . .
I am not saying this particular dude is not GUILTY but he coulda been set up too.

How can i say a PRETTY chic like you is UGLY? Grin
To be honest, i think you are more beautiful than Beyonce. Grin

My point is a woman who voluntarily ended up in a man's bedroom and engaged in sexual activity – but then said no to intercourse – could not seriously expect to take that man to court on a charge of rape if he ignored her last-minute insistence that she did not want full sex.

But she can do that. It doesn't even matter if they were at the middle of the deed. One the woman says no, the man must pull out. Na who say there must be understanding on the man's part?  Grin He deserves it.  Tongue

If the guy actually did this, he should be incacerated and castrated for life.

However, some of these rape claims in the UK leave a lot to be desired. It would be interesting to hear his side of the story. It's not always easy for a black man to get justice in Scotland especially for an allegation of rape or violence as Scottish people have some funny ideas about ALL black people.

I am not even talking about this peadophilliac son of a politician but speaking generally. . . .

Don't u think women should take responsibilities for their actions as well?
This is sheer common sense prevailing. Of course if a woman goes back to a man's room she has responsibility for her actions.
Of course she should accept that she has got herself into that position. What's she asking for? A cup of tea?

If we say to women that you can go as far as you like with a man but once you don't like it then you can go running to the law, well then the law is offering them a false comfort.
U cannot simply say that women have no responsibility whatsoever, U are simply calling women complete idiots if u say that.

Don't you think it's time we stopped using racism as an excuse for our bad conduct?
