Freelance Actionscript 3 Programmer Needed

I need an Actionscript 3 programmer capable of working independently.

Requirements:

1. Code clientside flash applications (desktop flash applications): Actionscript 3
2. Uses Adobe flash or flex
3. Understands PHP (Added advantage)
4. Must be good with MDM Zinc 3.0 ( www.multidmedia.com ) or at least be willing to learn.
