I help to keep my girls female orifice clean with lots and lots
of TLC. This involves unlimited tongue action. Wink

The male tongue has many properties including cleansing.
As a result My girl has two birds killed with one stone,
Pleasure and a clean toto.

You should get your man to indulge winner. Wink

I would advise heavily against using perfumes and spray, such things cause thrush.

Keeping healthy helps, try to minimize your sugar intake and increase yoghurt intake, apparently yoghurt contains some kind of good bacteria called acidophilus as for sugar, apparently it promotes the type of bacteria that the yogurt bacterias, if you will, try to kill off. Cleanliness is another thing, I hope you bath regularly, rinse very well and whilst showering or taking a bath, rinse your vagina with lots of water, especially if you use soap.

Another thing is the use of condoms, having unprotected sex often can lead to vagina problems as well as the obvious pregnancy and STDs. Wear cotton underwear as cotton is very breathable and allows the vagina to get air circulating around it. Visit your gynaecologist regularly as only your doctor can accurately diagnose any problems you may be having, if you do suspect anything at all, call and make an appointment as soon as you can.

I also understand the vagina cleanses itself naturally with its own mucous secretions. When bathing or showering one should use warm water and

gentle unscented soap to cleanse the outer areas of the vagina. Feminine hygiene products such as soaps, powders, and sprays are not necessary

and may lead to irritation of sensitive tissues.

body sprays should be used on the body, not the vagina.

I think shaving the area helps. It feels cleaner afterwards, imo.

Some western women douche, I believe. But this is considered dangerous.

The vagina is self cleansing and any noticeable smell with a strong odor may be due to an infection. Either that or it could be around the woman's fertile period.

During menses, change your pad or tampon as often as possible. Dont skimp on them.

Also, keep your underwear clean.

~clean Vagina after peeing ALL THE TIME!!

I wear 100 percent cotton underwear and no tight jeans. I also do not use anything that contains fragrance because it causes irritation and disturb the PH balance of the vagina.

 and the magic,

After the intake of the yoghurt, I'm guessing the 'good' bacteria goes to the vagina to do what it needs to do, not that you use it like cream and rub it on the vagina (if that's what you're thinking)Grin

Thank God for me. All i have to do is shower and change my boxers everyday. No long thing.
Its when  i have sex, then i'm forced to scrub 'down below' thoroughly to remove all that female wetness on my ding dong.
