Dear phemour, I really want to understand what spamming means, please,  I seem to have gotten more than 2 example of spamming, Is it a criminal offense And how do one  know , recognize and do away with it

There is a scammer here in Education:

His former username is ineedagirl.  He has now changed to hotmail and goes around making posts to defraud and dupe innocent students.

             I posted some link about scholarships to Nigerians and Africans in general who want to study abroad on scholarships for which i am a beneficiary at the moment.
