Hope you enjoyed the coverage of yesterday's UEFA Champions League Matches,as all you complained about was worked on(aspect ratio-16.9 to 4.3,scoreline/time).

This is a very strange problem. I never touched the damn thing.
If i call your technicians, whats the assurance that it wouldn't happen again?

Hi Dclique,

I advice you to check well, because the signal issue is from your end.

NOTE:-No or Bad signal can never be a HiTV issue (can be a decoder,LNB,Dish or cable problem).

Cancel decoder and Cable.
I have checked them, and they are okay.

Cable is pluged well into the LNB (in)of the decoder but yet no Strenght and Quality.

But i still doubt my dish shifting cus i never touched it.
I hope this problem can be fixed and it wouldnt repeat itself again if i do so.

I even mailed hitv days ago to complain and ask for assistance on how to rectify it. But they haven't replied. Is this their idea of  'customer Friendly'?

@urfriend. Pls is the promo only for those who are not active for the past five to six month. What about those who have been active but can not afored to pay three month subcription at a go but can only pay for one month. Are they still going to pay the six thousand? or there is any incentive for them. Pls this HITV promo is segemented the way it is. Pls do read my post and understand me very well and also pass it to HITV management for proper action. They should look in to those who can only pay for one month at a time and a promo should be open for them too.

Even if the benefit is not direct to me i will say its indirect to me because today i put a call to there customer care inrespect of my good friend who as not been using nor subscrib for the past eight month and is card was activated for free one month viewing. This was confirmed by me. That shows for once HITV is real there.
But Pls is the promo only for those who are not active for the past five to six month. What about those who have been active but can not afored to pay three month subcription at a go but can only pay for one month. Our problem is Nigeria is simple.
People like to pose as if they are rich.
HITV has been swindling them and continues to swindle them but they like to pretend that they are rich and can afford 6k for nonsense.  I have a friend here in Benin that is a football buff.  He has never owned a sattelite tv all his life and when he decided to go for one, he went for DSTV after pestering me about CTL rates and programming which he knows is cheaper and better.  I later found out that it is simply the fact that he wants a DISH to be seen in his house that informed his decision to go for DSTV. He still calls me on match days to inquire about the result of EPL, La Liga, Champions league, Italian Serie A and others which he knows I enjoy in my GOOD OLD CTL.  Be wise Nigerians - even if you have looted the treasury, still be wise on how you spend your money.
