He is indeed a good oretor, he speaks well and will certainly do well for this country.

next election, if they try rigging election, we will respond just like the ppl of Iran are responding now (afterall we have things in common "June 12")

@all

He has a dream let him dream. This is an example of dreaming we can all critize his (the candidate) for his action in the Senate.

If he did not collected money and refused the salary increase this would be a Good criteria for our consideration. That is what our criticizm be based on.

Dont let us kill a dream without considering if it is a bad one or not.

I think Gov Fashola should run for presidency next time around.

He's doing a tremendous job  and i dont care where he develops as long as he develops somewhere.
It's better than my own father being there and doing fu.ck all!!!!

um! people refer to present crop of leaders as failed generation. it all started from somewhere somehow. i am wondering if the next generation who are surppose to succeed this aren't failing already.

maybe what we actually need is regeneration. the youths are hungry and opprtunities of making it big is becoming slimmer day by day. today's youth would definitely embezzle money when they get there. corruption is deeper than what anybody can imagine. Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad

Fhemmmy:

Wat do u mean?
Nobody is being paid to promote anybody.We are all nigerians, and we dont like the way things are presently, and we want things to change.So wat we should be concern abt is getting competent people in every sector  of Public Sevice to change things for the better. Like Ifueko Omoiguie is doin in Inland revenue today.And noteverytin criticising people who are doin very well in their small area of contribution to National development. The guy is good and has done well as chairman of the various commitees he has ever been part of.

Fegflu - good thread.

They would be more accepting if his name was Abacha or Babangida.

Personally, Nigeria needs leaders who are doers but having skills of persuasion to inspire the nation will be a radical departure from our norm. Donald Duke & Pat Utomi stand tall in  that department.

@poster,
people who talk well and smooth are called orators and most orators are criminals who have their ways of conviencing their victims(nigerians).

my submission is as follows;

1. since he is an orator, he is a very big criminal of the political order.
2. since he is a law breaker(sorry law maker), he is more than incompetent as our law makers are the most lazy groups in the govt.
3. if u like him so much, tell him to go and enjoy whatsoever he has gathered or will gather as a law breaker with his family before the prayers of sufering and dying nigerians will befall him and his family.
4. now that we do not know him, he can avoid been in our prayer point.

the next time i will talk about him, i will not be this kind.

Definitely, if this guy is not Igbo nor from the Niger Delta, then he should surely go to hell. Fact is that after Yar'adua, the next president of the hell hole called nigeria must be either Igbo or Niger Deltan and the following 8 years should also be either of them before power chnages and moves to another region. Anyone thinking and talking about the best man to rule nigeria should go and sit down one place. The madness that awusa and yorubas started must go round before law and order will come into place, and that is if nigeria manages to remain one country until then.
