Industrial Engineers

Wassup. Family!

I just wanted to see if there were any Industrial Engineers here.  I am interested in knowing what it takes to build factories and manufacture high tech goods on the Continent.

How are the funds neccesary for construction acquired?  What would be the best location to build the facility?  What kind of steps would have to be taken to ensure that the facility is a benefit to the people of country?  Etc, Etc.

Consumer goods are alright, but how do we go about creating and manufactoring own technological goods?

So what are all the things that go into modern manufacturing and creating a modern industrial infrastructure?
