hmm, why didn't you refuse the job, based on principle? I have done so in the past, even though I needed the money. Tis best to walk with you head up high than to look down in shame. There is nothing wrong with that. Now, if you don't deliver, you will be seen as a fraud.

I have done it before, exactly 4 years ago. I created a mail service on a website then, that was functional like webmail. The site was a social networking site like Hi-5 but with more features then. It works like this, when a user signs up with say dhtml on the site then which was www.9jah.com or is it 9ja.com sef, an email address is automatically created: dhtml@9ja.comSo now, when the user logs in, and visits the various sections like forum, photos. . .u can also visit the mail section (no extra login). Then you can compose, and dispatch emails from there. . . And i still have the scripts from that project somewhere in my archives. . .unfortunately, the client and i had some misunderstandings which lead to my abandoning the website. And interestingly, though the site was old, it is still the second best stuff i have done in my entire web development trade so far. . .if you are interested, just lemme know. |

@dhtml does that mean if someone send email to that dhtml@9ja.com , maybe from yahoo , will the user if 9ja.com read it in his/her inbox whenever he logs in the site ? huh ? |

That is what i was talking about. This one is just a simple one. But it can be developed to increase the functionality as i am in 100% control of the entire code - and can improve it - depends on budget. Or are you lookin for a ready-made package like a clone that you can buy? |
