Fashion Design Equipments/Tools - Pls Help!

Hi fashion designers in the house. I'm trying to learn fashion designing basics. But I realise I need to have some tools like Notcher, flexible ruler, tracing wheel, french curve, form or judy, etc but I dont know where to get them around.
