By the way can someone tells me wha Biafra means? I am not being funny but trying to ask for what i don't know.

On the above topic in my own view i don't see any reason why Igbos shouldn't be allowed to leave Nigeria if they so desires. To be honest I as a detribalised Yoruba man will be happy to live in a Yoruba country rather than this marriage of doom called Nigeria

People would always say that Igbos are not united, but at the same time get worked up anytime they hear about Biafra, the only logical reason they are worked up, is because they know that come what may the Igbos outside the predominantly Igbo state would opt to go with their brothers, they know this brutal truth hence the hysteria, there is no logic in thinking that any Igbo group of people would opt to stay back in Nigeria and rot in state of perpetual myrmidon after bulk of the ethnic group has left  for an independent state.

When Are We Going to stop this DAY-DREAMING OF A THING? Launching Travel Passport, Printing Own Currency and Declaring Self-determination. I think all these are day dreams for now. I also owe my first loyalty to the Oduduwa Kingdom before Nigeria but I believe we have more to benefit from a United Nigeria than separate entities. What we need to clamor for is a United Nigeria where there is equal opportunity for All.

These MASSOB people are just making matter worse for themselves. Now you critically building a foundation of no IGBO on that presidential seat cos you are making it too glaring that your mission is separation, which you cannot achieve in the next 30 years.

Come, who told that their leader to keep fooling his followers that they can see Obama? Or who told him you need a passport to get to Lagos or Abuja or that passport to go anywhere in the world? Ah! Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Grin Grin Grin Grin I can't explain how funny this thread is. Lets see how far you go.

How ironic, a perfect case of being delusional and double standard, from your statement if you had balls you would 've gone for an Oduduwa republic.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I hope the ibo mumus on this board understand that the BIAFRA MUMUZURIKE is fighting for will include the N. Delta. But the N. Delta have in times without number rejected the proposals of the ibos or igbos.

There is no unity amongst the igbos so this whole struggle is a joke

At the 2007 election, we saw how they all dropped the biafra agenda and couldn't come up with one candidate . . . everyone wanted to rule

see, u guys should stop fooling urselves and forget abot this biafra scam . . .

u know in your hearts that it wont work . . . but if u feel u can impose biafra on us, lets do it again then . . .

this time we will wipe out every single one of u ritualists!!!

Javalove you speak well. like our fore father in igboland would say when a chick have miss the road, it takes his mother to bring him back.   I also do not share thier idea. but looking at someone of the ideas on this issue. while dont we igbo extend it to benue, taraba and adamawa state. i do not know how to draw maps like you people. if we have three country until the oyi hausa bashali have said. while from the oyi hausa map, we put biafra into republic of benue. It is my suggestion. this is the only way i can see it work. if you do that. you would have enough vote in the senate. look. what i am saying. is the yoruba people want to join benin republic and we want to leave. we let the yoruba people join benin and we with the benue people form a country. una for them not to be afraid of domination by we igbo. instead of calling it biafra.  like this oyi hausa bashali have said we call it republic of benue. omara what i am saying. what you have to understand is that the afam of a country does not matter. what if we change the afam? omara what i am saying.

Look at Nama calling somebody a mumu, who said Igbo people were begging the Niger Delta to join them? And who told you they don't want to Join Igbo people anyway? Igbo and Ijaw have been living side by side for millennia and our relationship is much stronger and deeper than any falsity of a so called nation called Nigeria. We even have secret societies among each other. Igbo, Ijaw, Kalabari etc are as different as an Austrian is to a German.

From this, I can see you know nothing of the relationship between the Igbo and the people of Cross River and Akwa Ibom, do you even know what Okonko is?

Again I stand with this map!

Nigerians, Nigerians. . . .

They will forever oppose anyone who speaks against this sham called "One Nigeria"

The same people who furiously oppose MASSOB are the ones who are quick to yarn opata when Ijaws are involved.

These people know they cant live without Igbos, yet they cant live with them. . . . imagine this nonsense:

@bashali, who told u akwa ibom, rivers & co wont join biafra? That is the mistake u are making illustrating with your so cold map. They will join because that is part of their struggle. Do u think its only ibos that make up biafra? We still have some ethnics that make it up & cross river, akwa ibom are among. The northerners would be the biggest culprit. It will affect their as$ so much that they will go for cow milk, cow dung, kulikuli& g-nut.

@ezeagu, its better for naija to go back to our colonial master than this corrupt leaders leadin us to the right path. Biafra needs to come out open & seek for their right

it is good one to fight for what he believes in but simple senses should be applied in doing so unless you will be fighting like a fool. I dont need to be an igbo to fully support thier cause because logics shows they have got a reason to fight but my golden question is what are igbos calling baifra? does it includes niger/delta? then you guyz are first class dreamers.
do you igbos really think the ogonis, irohobo, ijaws, itsekiri etc and other tribes in that region will follow you into your new state, facing a second marginalization, in the true igbo states, do you believe the resources are such that will be enough for you people?
the oil in the niger/delta is not for the igbos, south south is different from south east
and like any body with the right projections will see, even with the creation of baifra, there will be futher troubles as soon anambra will soon start fighting enugu over the presidency etc and very soon you will have enugu republic etc.
the truth is that the ndigbos will not be the first to do this kind of a thing, some cities around florida in the united states have done it in the past and are still even issuing international passports but has it known any serious success? mba, the first thing first, let the ndigbo leaders make an opinion count of all thier people and from that decide if an idependent state is what the people want, then press for it, the same way tibet is doing and when they are successful start printing currencies, pasports and what have you.
let this man stop looking for cheap popularity
