Man, this is simple, anyone with knowledge of corel draw can do it
Let me just break the step involve down

1  Design your coreldraw with all image pictures and what of you,
2 click on file, 'save as' at Save as dialogue box, give that first page that is your homepage file name "index' then under file name instead of cdr(coreldraw extension) save as html extention

or
2 after you have finish design your coreldraw and equally save it as coreldraw extension, you can export it to "html" format
