Cos wen i dropped my CV den dey told me it was 4 B.Sc. which i possess bt still didnt recieve any invitation 4 a test dat came up barely 2 weeks afta droppin my CV. GTB, Cv's and Tests

Hey Ronique,
About the phenomenon of not getting invited for tests, apparently you are not alone; I've equally experienced this a number of times. I'm always left confounded when other colleagues tell me they are going for a test, or have even written one for which we all made applications. I still don't know the modes of shortlisting based on equality by some of these HR departments. We can only continue to hope to get to hear when they are recruiting, and of course hope to get shortlisted for a test. Then there is notice of interview to hope for. God will help us.
But it is safe and ptimistic to conclude that they organise the tests in batches. Cheer up.  Smiley
