Require Vsat Providers (not In Nigeria) - Pricing Inclusive

We (the company i work with) are thinking of procuring VSAT services directly from reliable service providers abroad.

What we wish to do
1: VOIP
2: Internet Access
3: Mail (Exchange)
4: WAN (by virtue of hooking up 3 VSAT sites)
5: Bandwidth - 256KBPS or 512KBPS (if pricing is available for 1to2MB please provide)


Can anyone recommend providers. please
