The Presidential Steering Council on National Integrated Power Project (NIPP) yesterday appro-ved a total sum of N283 billion for the NIPP projects covering Federal Govern-ment’s projection of 6,000 megawatts by December 2009 and 10,000 megawatts by 2011. It also linked regular supply of power in the country to the success of the amnesty recently granted militants in the Niger Delta and the return of peace in the region. The sum of N1.9 billion was approved for the structure, staffing and budget to prosecute the NIPP secretariat which is domiciled in the Niger Delta Power Holding Company Nigeria (NDPHCN http://www.thisdayonline.com/nview.php?id=148681Is the FG trying to play on our intelligence? Really stable power depends on amnesty

Anytime you listen to those buffons in the PDP led govt, remember one word
YAR A'LIAR
They spent the last 10 years making excuses and lamenting. Those are the trademark of A DO NOTHING GOVERNMENT. You may want to add
YAR A'FAILURE
lamentation, excuses, diversion, rebranding, repackaging, visionless 2020, 7 pointless agenda!

Nothing will ever be accomplished by expressing anger over the absence of any usable grid electricity in Nigeria, since God Himself has decreed that there must be no electricity in Nigeria for the rest of all time.
Nigeria, by virtue of being the country with the largest concentration of churches and mosques in the world, has been selected by God to serve as a land of experimental subjects, whose response to electricity deprivation stimuli will establish whether Nigerians are in fact resilient enough to live in absolute darkness for decades. Only the chosen and anointed righteous few, who silently endure this holy test for their entire lives, will be permitted to pass through the pearly gates after they die from generator fumes.
Unbelievers may continue to cry for electricity in Nigeria after reading this exclusive disclosure, but all their wailing and gnashing of teeth will be in vain. Praise the Lord !

5 months to go for the experience of 6000 MW of electricity for all. but as it is highly unlikely to happen why not blame it on the current saga going on in the Niger delta.
Once again i say Praise the Lord.
