mikel has been a regular player and i must confess that nobody would expect this much even me.
he is a wonder boy.
My Brother lassana Diarra has been in chelsea for some time now warming the bench but as football is, he is getting his time.
he was good last night playing from the right back till mikel was replaced at the 83rd minute and he was shifted to the midfield.
for mikel, he has arrieved. i am happy for the guy.

@ Chidichris, I have already realised tha there can never be an end to this!!People are just unable to leave sentiments aside when discussing issues! Somebody actually said it in anothre post that Chelsea is to be blamed for the cards the guy is collecting during games!!!Can you imagine that??

Baba Blue,

This is Nairaland, expect anything which is one of the reason why i chose who i respond to.

Dammy, i want to hear you say, i have denounced this thread. the boy is performing above expectation have played 10 out of the last 11 games.
he has been wonderful at the center of the pitch as a good distributor while makalele holds.
na waa all the angels and prophets of doom are silent of late waiting for a red card.
can't you use the other side of your mouths to say, the boy  is good.?

beyunce, i expect u to speak from the us not from abuja and i equally expect you to talk music instead of football.
unfortunately you are not aware of how many players big clubs do have and believe me in any football match only 11 players per side is allowed.
by the way when last did u watch english premier league? how come u are seeing mikel on bench? are u sure u know him? he is tall and is wearing afro hair style at the moment at least the will help u understand the one that is mikel.

is eguavon a noun? he is more qualified as a political mouth piece. let him approach aso rock for the job of a media spokesman for the president.
the big fool brought us back sudenly from us 94.
in each match, he will look away from the task ahead and face one player or the other in words exchange. in egypt, it was yukubu in ghana friendly it was Obafemi.
if he is a coach, why won't he know that nigeria has more than 100 obafemis. being a nigerian gives him the opportunity to know that in every position in the field of play, nigeria has at least 100 or more qualified players for that. even my mother can select 22 players for nigeria.
he should look out for siasia who is ready to form new team in a short while and still prove himself.
does eguavon has anything to prove? nigeria and losotho 1-0.
he is more interested in mikel's issues. in egypt caf gave mikel award as man of the match and he mentioned it that it was not surposed to be for mikel rather vincent. what a stupid thought of him.
let him take that result from ghana's match as a farewell gift from a squad he has not influence on.

mickyarams,
it is either you are not watching english premier league or your tv need to be upgraded.
in which part of the field is mikel playing and where does kalou play. who are they playing the same wing in chelsea.
for your information, mikel has been regular in the team for like 13 matches now.
mikel has been starting matches and kalou is coming from the bench.
mikel is doing the work of a distributing midfielder and makalele is a holding midfielder and i would want to to know that mikel and ballack and doing the same and exact work in the team.
do not let your jealous and enviness overtake your knowledge.
can you tell us here how much sheva was bought and his impact since he came.
the manager and the club believes in mikel so that is where his fate is not in lame men.
