Job Terminated B/c I Refuse To Date My Boss

 Hi, to all NL.

After my company sent me out for a training at Edinburg  in UK, i returned suceessfully puting a smell on everybodies face.

My boss who is married with four kids abroad want me to start dating him, giving me his reasons.
1. It was because i have interest in you that was why i insisted that the company sent you for a course at UK.
2. I LOVE you and might marry you.
3. I will promote you and increase you salary.
after all his reasons I refused, three days latter he called me i went to his office lo and behold he ask me if i have finally made up my mind to date him i said i cant't date him because he is my father,instantly he ask me to get out from his office and my manager called me to his office and gave me a LETTER OF TERMINATION OF APPOINTMENT.

I was not scared, i only took the letter in good faith and left.

Now he haeard that  i  have gotten a new job, AS AN ADMIN OFFICER still maintaining the position i held in his company, tho, the pay is not big i accepted it so that i dont stay at home idle.

I was told they want to bid for a contract but no one to bid for it,because no admin officer to pass instruction to the secretary to prepare a wining bid, everyone is saying how they wish she was still working with us.three days ago my ex boss, manager, boss wife, secretary, and the cleark , they have been calling me pleading me to come back and work with them.

NL, I am confuse should i go back or continue with my new job.

Sexual harrassment and abuse of power, to be precise.  Over here, you could have taken the company to the Employment Tribunal for that offence, as well as unfair dismissal.

Personally, I'll ask them to shove their job up their arses!  Don't fall for it 'cos the sexual harrassment would start all over again, after they'd used you to win the new contract.

You'd be much beter-off staying with your new employer and gradually work your way up.

Only God know better and you don't know y they've sacked you but my view on this is that you should never think of going back cause it might be set-up or many more things we don't know cause only God know like i said ealier or pray over it. Try and be managing in your new Coy. and see what God will do b4 staying long there. Moreover you've gained in your first place of work, you don't lost so it's part of life experience.

Don't worry ehn, the bible says that when there is a casting down, we shall say there is a lifting up. Your story reminds me of Joseph and how he overcame the temptation to sleep with Potiphar's wife. If he had caved in then he would have lost his future inheritance.

i do not see any reason why you should go back to that job if a man can fire you for not dating him before then he will sure do it again, that man will not change.

My friend, if you like yourself dont even think of going back there, its obvious that you left when the ovation was loud.

As an employee relations specialist, I have witnessed such return, believe me, you will get your fingers burnt! consider the reasons why they want you to come back, isnt it selfish?

lol. Na because of the errors I come believe the story o. Lets face it, she no deserve go Edinburg for training with this kain talk if not because the boss has fallen in love lust with her. Or maybe na one kain say no evil write no evil contract she go arrange for dia!
