Uk Visa - Visa Appeal Process

I beg your pardon. My bank statement current and ready and was accepted, my admission letter Though written December 2007, say:
"Your place on sosos soso course is reserved till soso january [b][/b]2008 in case u can't make it by end of soso february 2008, its still opened till April 2008, "

Isn't that recent/current enough  , as in i'm expected by 2008 april and not any admission date is past . Who knows that your idea of recent is that it must be written in that year, so there is no issue of one not caring here, only that those people will always look for loop hole.

I reserve my fight with you till I'm through with the whole runs. Dont abuse me o

What is the meaning of this statement of yours here? This is another reason why stating the obvious truth at times is not good for Nigerians.

For someone who gave you a contact email address of someone in the UK Visa office in London in order to expedite actions for your case, you are here saying you reserve your fight with him.

What kind of school will draft a letter saying Admission is open till January 2008, and in the event that you don't get your visa it is still open till February 2008, and in the event that you still have not procured your visa, it is still open till April 2008?

Hi all, i have just recieved the determination letter from the AIT, unfortunately they dismissed my appeal so i am back to the drawing board. No ill feelings though but i wont relent 'because i have this feeling that i'll get it right this time around. Please i will like funkybaby, Akolawole, Vicjustice e.t.c to assist in giving me a comprehensive list of documents to prepare for this years application. Your efforts will be highly appreciated,

House- I never knew the addmission letter must be dated this year but i have all

necessary docs. I just want to know if they will accept a scanned copy from the school

sent to my mail box. Doe the school need to email them directly too. Urgent reply

haba, That I said I will fight you,  you should know its only a playful statement, will i leave celebrating after the runs and start fighting as u think, thats why i took time to explain my understanding of recent and not that i don't care, but your hissing and all that , , you took it too far and too serious. I only wish we will communicate maturely and with respect for each other here and not that if we seek advise and help, then we are less intelligent and don't know what we are doing and therefore should be worded here, so please i didn't mean any harm.

thanks jare, they only took me wrong, don't mean fighting him at all, twas a joke. You could see i explained to show my helper his efforts are not wasted i did my part and not slotfull with the whole thing as he thinks.

Regarding the 'email' lady, I did not check my email until you informed me here. Thanks. I am so happy for her. It is really good news. Thank God for His favour.

My youngest brother just got refused a student visa.

We need to appeal, can someone in the house refer to a good lawyer that can help handle it preferably in Nigeria.

I have read about alot of success stories in regards to appeal in the room.

try HARVARD CONSULT- they r in lagos08033306306. they handled mine thoroughly and my appeal was won.

Your 'harvard consult', don't they have an office address. If they are as good as you claim, then they should have assisted you till when you finally picked up your visa. You should not have been here asking for 'home office's or ait's email addresses' or the recent documents to take along with you.

Shine your eye well. Personally, i do not recommend appeal agents to anyone because most times they ruin so many appeal cases. I am not alone in this-pataki and akolawole as well. My email box is littered with mails from people who had their appeal messed up by these people and are asking what next to do. These are simple cases that should have been won outrightly with no hassles at ait.

I can write grounds of appeal and fight cases for people BUT i can't do any of such with Nairalanders but my friends here can be of help but with a fee.

Hopefully, i will speak to my friends here if they can be of help most expecially Pataki.

I knew Londoncool cannot do that for obvious reason but he's equally a genius in this.

People should always remember NOT ALL APPEAL can be won.

1.point of correction. Harvard Consult  has an office address but i did not have it at hand when i went online that was why i provided a phone no.
2. I joined nairaland when i won my appeal. All i wanted was additional information which i found useful, Nobody knows it all, not even you.  We learn everyday and on this thread people have diffrernt opinons on topics and it is trashed out(left winger ,right wingers.etc).
 
3. its a free world. a question was asked on the thread and i gave the info , it is left to him to call and find out charges, if he can afford it , fine, if not he tries his luck elsewhere but it did not cost too much and i repeat what they did was THOROUGH.
