its perfectly normal. . . . . . . especially if he aint use to doing it often. just like doing excercise, sex takes a lot of energy (for some) so the same way that a person would be tired after a jogging, a person would be tired after sex.
women dont have that problem because lying on their backs(for most) require very little if not, no energy at all.
